Privacy policy

1. Data and purposes

The website presents services and has no registration, submission forms, checkout, audience analytics or advertising pixels. Images, videos and fonts are served from the website itself. Browsing does not send a WhatsApp message.

Vercel hosting receives technical data needed for the connection: IP address, time, requested URL, browser and security information. These may form infrastructure logs for page delivery, abuse prevention and troubleshooting. This website does not use them to build advertising profiles.

If you contact us, we receive information you share, such as name, phone number, business, project requirements and messages. We use it to respond, prepare proposals, provide services and handle requests. Share only what is necessary; avoid personal documents, sensitive data and third-party information without permission.

2. Language, cookies and local storage

Portuguese is the default. If your browser does not indicate Portuguese, an endpoint on this website may query the approximate country supplied by hosting based on IP and select English for visitors outside Brazil. This feature does not request GPS, return your IP to the browser or create a location history. VPNs can affect the estimated location. Browser language is a technical indication; the website cannot directly read operating system settings.

A manual choice takes priority and is saved in your browser’s localStorage under perfaze-language until you change it or clear site data. It is not sent to advertisers. Use the selector to change language at any time.

This version installs no advertising or analytics cookies and does not treat continued browsing as consent. Language storage supports the requested functionality. External services you open may use their own technologies. Future optional purposes requiring consent must be disclosed and enabled only after a valid choice, with easy refusal and withdrawal.

3. Grounds for processing

Depending on the purpose, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract and contract performance; legal obligations; exercise of legal rights; and legitimate interests in secure operations and language functionality, with necessity and your rights assessed. Where consent applies, it must be requested separately for a specific purpose and can be withdrawn. Visiting the site is not consent to marketing.

4. Providers and other countries

Vercel provides hosting and infrastructure. WhatsApp/Meta processes communications when you use that channel. Instagram, LinkedIn and mkt.perfaze.online are external destinations with their own policies. Sharing is limited to services, protection of rights or legal requirements; we do not sell personal data.

Providers may process data outside Brazil. Transfers for which Perfaze is responsible require a valid mechanism under the LGPD and ANPD rules, plus assessment of contracts and safeguards. This policy does not replace that assessment or itself authorize a transfer. You can request information about recipients and safeguards through the privacy channel.

5. Retention and deletion

Contacts and proposals are retained while needed for your request and business relationship, then only for legal obligations or defense of rights during applicable periods. Unnecessary data should be deleted or anonymized. Duration depends on purpose and relationship obligations; you can request the relevant retention period or criteria.

Technical logs follow hosting settings and applicable legal duties. Where Brazil’s Internet Civil Rights Framework requires log retention, its duration, confidentiality and security requirements apply. The local language preference remains under your control. Deletion does not remove data that must legally be retained; we will explain the reason in that case.

6. Your rights and requests

You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data, portability under regulations, objection in legally permitted cases and review of exclusively automated decisions affecting your interests. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it and request deletion, subject to lawful retention. You can ask about the option not to consent and its consequences.

Send your request to the WhatsApp contact on this page and identify it as a privacy matter. Exercising rights is free. We may request only proportionate information to verify identity. Under the LGPD, confirmation and access may be provided immediately in simplified form or through a complete statement within 15 days; other requests follow applicable legal and regulatory deadlines. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why and the available measures. You may also contact the ANPD and consumer protection bodies.

7. Security, minors and updates

We adopt measures appropriate to the risks, such as HTTPS and data minimization, without promising absolute security. Incidents posing relevant risk or harm must be assessed and notified to the ANPD and individuals where and when required. Do not send passwords to the business contact.

This website presents services for businesses and is not designed to collect children’s or adolescents’ data. Report any inappropriate submission for assessment and action in the minor’s best interests.

The policy may change to reflect actual processing or legal changes. Material changes will be disclosed here; purposes requiring consent are not authorized retroactively. The update date appears at the beginning. Portuguese is the reference version, without prejudice to mandatory rights.
